Ahead of the upcoming local elections labour have put out the details to their plan if they win the elections. This includes cutting the cost-of-living crisis, cutting crime and cutting NHS waiting time.

Labour plan to cut the cost-of-living crisis by freezing council tax for this year they will be able to fund this by increasing windfall tax for big oil and gas companies. The Tories plan to raise council tax by 5%. Labour also plans to keep energy bills low for good by insulating 19 million homes. Labour will stop the Tories plan to hand the richest 1% in pensions and instead put in measures to keep doctors in work.
